Project: Discover Opportunities to Mature Customer Service Product Capability Group

Spearheaded the maturity project for the Customer Service Capability Product Group (CPG), refining ServiceNow Incident Management and enhancing Azure DevOps backlog and workflows. This involved bolstering data accuracy, advancing analytics, and setting up robust communication frameworks.

Project: Transition Client Engineering to Agile

Facilitated the transition of four Client Engineering Teams to Agile practices, utilizing Azure DevOps. This included configuring Azure DevOps and developing a comprehensive backlog. Collaboratively with the Client Engineering Manager, we designed a strategic plan and training program, covering both software and hardware asset management, along with involvement in scrum and SAFe ceremonies. Liaised with cross-functional groups to identify critical project components, from challenges and gaps to goals and metrics across various initiatives.

Project: Discovery Phase of Intelligent Demand Planning

As part of the PMO-Tech team, led interviews across various Demand Planning Business Units, capturing both the Current and Future State, which paved the way for a request for proposal (RFP). My primary duties included project strategy, liaising with executive stakeholders, evaluating the present scenario and suggesting improvements, detailing overarching processes, roles, challenges, and discrepancies, and formulating personas and user narratives.

As a member of the Business Analysis Team, I engaged in designated projects. My core tasks encompass collaborating with teams from formulation, packaging, regulatory ops, and vendor management. On three projects, led the discovery phase, documented the existing processes, gathered essential requirements, and envisioned future operations. Key projects included:
- Digital Transformation of Vendor Relationship Management
- Implementing GoAnywhere HelpSystems for Secure Managed File Transfer
- Veeva Vault RIM Implementation (GxP) geared towards Regulatory Operations
- Enterprise-wide survey on the use of Document Comparison tools.

Project: Gas Trading Application & Reporting

Played a pivotal role in an Agile team, actively participating in all Scrum events and formulating epics, features, and user stories. Contributed significantly to shaping strategic roadmaps. Delved deep into market trading and financial data interrelations spanning gas, power, operational planning, and accounting. This meticulous research, reverse engineering, and gap detection established key performance metrics. Executed qualitative and quantitative business analyses, granting senior management a clear window into project endeavors. Designed initial versions of dashboards, reports, and a business lexicon, refined through user acceptance testing and enriched by training sessions.

Multnomah County DOJ

Project: Digitize Recog Risk Assessment Form and Process

Identified RECOG officers' workflow challenges and needs, setting a cohesive direction for a digital adaptation. As an integral member of an Agile team, I developed epics, features, user stories, and visualized the future state. Stepped in as an auxiliary Project Manager and Scrum Master when required. Led user acceptance testing and training initiatives. Successfully completed the project within seven months, and it was shortlisted for the 2012 Sustainable Award.
